Roast & Ground started in 2002 with a vision: to provide workplaces with coffee that (unusually for the time!) was worth staying in the office for. Owners Richard and Catherine Gray wanted to delight customers and their colleagues with top quality machines, freshly roasted, hand-selected coffee and industry-leading support – the very same things that drive our business today.
Now, through Roast & Ground Direct, we are bringing that same passion for perfectly-made coffee, and that same dedication to customer support, to small offices, home offices and home kitchens. Our suppliers and partners are remarkably like us: independent or family-run businesses with a track record of innovation. Companies that share our values and our dedication to excellence, quality and sustainability. We are proud to be approved suppliers of their equipment. We have a small, friendly team who work together to look after our customers – many of whom have been with us for years. The team are all experts in their field with a passion for great coffee.
